- I’ll be one of the coaches leading you through this sober experiment. I am a certified personal trainer/fitness coach/serial entrepreneur and am constantly on a journey to becoming my best self.
- And, as of relatively recent, that has consisted of a completely sober lifestyle (as of January 1, 2023). What started as innocent curiosity (and low key, maybe a liiiitttle necessity) has become one of the most transformational, eye-opening, and exciting experiences of my life so much so that I want to help anyone who can maybe relate, to do the same.
- I cannot wait to be by your side, step by step, through this beautiful process. Wherever it leads you, I am certain you won’t come out the other side the same :)
Hey, I’m Maggie Jenson
- A recoverED alcoholic! I struggled for almost 16 years with dangerous binge-drinking / addictive behavior. My troubled past with alcohol is completely behind me, and I’m confident the same can be said for you very soon as well. I specialize in Behavior-Change on the subconscious level, which helps you accomplish the things that you set out to do, like NOT drinking for even just one day.
- Take it from me, I always KNEW what I should be doing to be better, but I couldn’t figure out why I felt powerless to change it. I started my Sober Curious journey in early 2020 (yes, right before the pandemic and lock-down!), and I’ve never, ever, reverted back to my dangerous drinking identity, and I even have the ability to now drink mindfully without ever letting it affect my mental health or results! I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to support you in creating your new identity in life without needing to pressure yourself into lifelong sobriety!
